The Rancho Manana community is situated in the foothills of Cave Creek, a rural town with an old-west cowboy appearance in the 85331 zip code. Like many subdivisions in North Scottsdale, it also contains numerous specialty shops, places to eat, museums and community parks.

There is a lifetime membership available for $15,000, one-time fee and a monthly $325 fee, spouse & children under 21 years old are included for no extra fee. The fee is refundable in 15 years or if there is a cancellation, whichever occurs later.
Rancho Manana Golf Club is a par-70, championship course offers 3 sets of tees and varies from 4,464 to 6,016 yards from the back tees. The slopes range from 112 to 134.
The Golf Club's amenities include an 18-hole, championship golf course, a driving range, practice area for chipping and putting greens, golf pro shop, ladies and gentlemen's locker rooms, and one of the top 85 restaurants in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Tonto's Bar & Grill.
While playing on the course at Rancho Manana, golfers can easily see the magnificent Skull Mesa Ruins and the neighboring Tonto National Forest. Although the club operates as a semi-private golf club, guest invitation and daily play is encouraged.
