There are 15 separate neighborhoods comprised of single-family homes that encompass the SunRidge Canyon Golf Course designed by Keith Foster which weaves through the community.

Your choice of real estate in Sunridge Canyon is numerous if you're looking to make a purchase. Homes come in multiple sizes from approximately 1,400 square feet up to around 6,000 square feet. A few resale vacant home sites are still available for purchase if you'd prefer to build a new custom home.

SunRidge Canyon houses a daunting, public golf course that highlights the community's terrain and elevation. The par-71 golf course designed by golf architect Keith Foster, has 6,823 yards and perfectly compliments the curvy landscape. According to Golf Magazine, it was named one of the "Top 100 Golf Courses to play in the US" in 2012.

The 18,000 square foot Spanish Hacienda clubhouse is an ideal match with the golf course. Inside you'll find a men's and women's locker rooms, a fully-stocked golf shop, a conference room, a casual dining area, the Wicked 6 Bar and Grill.

While SunRidge Canyon is primarily a daily fee course, the club does offer Annual Passes and Full-Equity memberships. Membership is by application

Children up to age 18 typically are enrolled in the following Fountain Hills schools: McDowell Mountain Elementary School (K-2), Four Peaks Elementary School (grade 3-5), Fountain Hills Middle School (grade 6-8) and Fountain Hills High School (grade 9-12).
