The Legacy has 2-4 bedroom homes from 2,054-2,612 square feet built by Toll Brothers from $500,000 and up.

The Greens constructed by Avron Homes comes with two to four bedroom designs from 1,764-2,837 square feet.

The Mirage Trail neighborhood, aka The Retreat, starts in the low 300s and is the condo community with 36 units.

The Traditions has 3-4 bedroom plans from 2,394-3,894 square feet built by US Homes. Prices start in the mid $600k range and go up to about $900,000.

Legend Trail Golf Club features 4 sets of tees offering players of all skill levels an enjoyable time. 6,845-yards is the distance for the "Long Trail" course. A much smaller course that plays at 5000 yards is called "Short Trail".
