Tournament Players Club Home & Golf

The "TPC/Princess" community is what the locals call the North Scottsdale residential area which is located between the Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale (TPC) and the Fairmont Princess Resort. TPC residents have the option of purchasing a membership to The Fairmont Princess world-class resort and spa with all of its amenities. The annual Phoenix Open Golf Tournament is hosted at the TPC as well.

TPC offers residences in 4 neighborhoods: Alcazar, Crown Point 1 & 2, and Princess Views. The single-family homes in these neighborhoods vary in size from a comfortable 2,000 sq. feet up to a spacious 5,000 sq. feet.

Views of the Stadium Course in TPC are seen from many homes. While homes are limited in this community, a new development is being constructed called The Princess Enclave. It will feature new 3 bedroom townhomes boasting 2,500 square feet, along with a 2-car garage.

The Golf Course

Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale features two 18-hole golf courses: the well-known Stadium Course and the Champions' Course both designed to provide the scenic background of the gorgeous McDowell Mountains during play. Each course has its own distinctions for golfers.

Home of the PGA Tour's widely popular, where the Phoenix Open is played, the Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale has given golf fans some of golf's best ever memories dating back to its 1986 debut, almost 30 years ago. Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf simply designed a perfect course that is not only challenging but also one that can be respectfully played. What's more, it is just a 10-minute drive to Troon.

The shorter Randy Heckenkemper-designed Champions' Course offers a true desert golf experience where golfers can choose to ride or walk. Expert golfers and beginners will both experience a challenge any time they play based on the way they choose to play the hole. TPC does not have one clubhouse, it has two Clubhouses and restaurants, designated for each course.

TPC community is designated to be in the Paradise Valley Unified School District and offers the following schools: Sonoran Sky Elementary School, Desert Shadows Middle School and Horizon High School.
